Palazzo rocchi, residenza d'epoca bed & breakfast has a perfect location near a fine 13th-century palace. We were actually surprised with a gorgeous suite upgrade upon arrival. Breakfast was very nice, with fresh foods to fuel a day of exploring. The warm welcome from alessandra, and the friendly staff were always ready to help.

Charming room, good breakfast, with an upgrade to a suite that was spacious and luxurious, complemented by the cute atmosphere from the friendly staff, making it a perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding attractions within a short stroll to the main sights.

It was all perfect.

Limited lighting in the room wasn't ideal, given the heritage restrictions on installing fixtures. A mini-bar fridge was present, but the absence of tea and coffee-making facilities was a letdown. While there was a kitchen area, a kettle was noticeably missing, and the shower head showed signs of wear that could use some attention.

Couples looking for charm

The rooms were fine , especially the one we stayed in with those historic ceilings that hit like we were living in a piece of art. Breakfast was a treat every morning , served right in our room-it.

It wasn't cheap , but when you compare it to the quality and experience, it was well worth it.

The location is unbeatable, hidden right behind the fine church of San Michele in the heart of Lucca's historic center. The cozy atmosphere was like being at home. I got an upgrade to a beautiful suite with amazing views, but I would have loved any room there since they all looked charming. Breakfast was such a treat! Fresh, local ingredients served in a lovely, sunny dining room. Especially Carlotta, were warm and cute. On the downside, I faced some inconvenience with check-in closing at 7 PM. My flight arrived just after that evening. The room lacked a few basic kitchen supplies, made preparing snacks for my travels a bit tricky.

The breakfasts blew me away-super fresh and delicious. The staff were cute was nice, although I did struggle a bit with the early check-in time.

The location is perfect and only a ten minute stroll to the train station. We received an upgrade to a gorgeous suite.

Palazzo Rocchi, Residenza D'Epoca Bed & Breakfast is a true gem! The suite with its authentic decor and amazing views of Piazza San Michele. Every morning, breakfast was a delight, with homemade goodies served in a fine ballroom. I can't say enough about the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff who genuinely cared about our experience.

It was just a prime choice for a brief sojourn in Lucca with value for price. The staff was helpful in explaining the parking situation, which eased our arrival stress. Make sure to check in before 7 PM to avoid extra charges.

This place offers well-designed rooms with air-conditioning, amazing breakfast, and super-friendly staff; everything was perfect.
